Note: Early-bird registration is available until August 21, 2025, while standard Registration applies after August 21, 2025.
Paper Authors:
- Early-bird Registration: 2500 EGP
- Standard Registration: 3000 EGP
Listeners / Poster:
- Early-bird Registration: 2000 EGP
- Standard Registration: 2500 EGP
Paper Non-Resident Authors:
- Early-bird Registration: 200 USD
- Standard Registration: 250 USD
Poster Non-Resident Authors:
- Early-bird Registration: 100 USD
- Standard Registration: 125 USD
Notes:
- In the case of multiple authors, the corresponding (main) author is required to pay the author registration fee. All co-authors intending to attend the conference must register as listeners.
- Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Accommodation costs are not included in the registration fees and will be added separately based on the selected package.
